The second still feeling kind of crappy but conscious enough to turn over all the new information she's just been hit with in her head and try to figure out how to deal with it. The thing about this particular information, however, is that she has a distinct lack of it.
She doesn't know what Erica knows. She doesn't know what Erica remembers. And she should probably stay away because no one likes being reminded of the people who watched you die (or so she assumes) and no one likes being ambushed by someone from their future either. Asking questions about how exactly Cora knows her will only lead to painful questions that Cora isn't sure she wants to answer.
But she's not as good at manipulation as Peter or avoidance as Derek and sitting on her hands only results in more anxiety that is so much worse than the not knowing. So on the third day, she deals with it the only way she knows how.
She goes at it head on, with all the tact one would expect from a member of her family, but at least the question is out in the open all the same.]
